Dear Dean,

I am writing to tell you I'm really thrilled with the new windows fitted last week, and to congratulate Syd and Brian for the excellent job they did. Two very good workers that never halted, and in the end you would never know I'd workment in the house as they left every room spotless, two very good men you should be proud of.

Thank you Dean for all the help convincing me I was doing the right thing, I shall certainly let all my friends know how good you are.
